Psychogenic vomiting, also known as emetophobia, is a condition characterized by recurring episodes of spontaneous vomiting in the absence of any physiological basis. Unlike typical nausea or vomiting which is precipitated by corporeal factors, psychogenic vomiting is primarily a mental response to
